On the 8th February 1999 heavy snowfall hit Zürich. Road transport practically ceased to exist, and even the trams had to struggle. Here 2086 + 2315 have just unloaded passengers at Bahnhofstrasse during the evening peak. The stop had been temporarily relocated to here from it's normal position due to track renewal work. These trams carry a special livery advertising the opening of route 11's extension to Messe the previous September.
