| Complaint update filed on: 10.06.2015 (10th Jun 2015) Following my recent complaint about Swiss International Air Lines that I posted here and also on some social media sites, I have received a profuse apology over the handling of the case and an offer of compensation that is somewhat more generous than what I had been expecting. I don't know if this is due to my loud complaints or whether it would have happened anyway, but let credit be given where credit is due.
